These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Team-Storefronts (the "Service"), operated by Judo Gear ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who the Service is for

Team-Storefronts provides branded storefront pages for clubs, teams, squads, academies, and similar organisations ("Teams") to promote and sell merchandise and kit.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passcodes or admin links you share.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with performance or security.

3. Storefront content and team responsibilities

• Teams are responsible for the accuracy of team information they provide (names, logos, colours, kit guidance, etc.).
• You must have the rights to use any logos, images, and branding you provide to us.
• We may remove or update content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful.

4. Orders, fulfilment, and refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, orders are placed directly by customers through the storefront and are fulfilled through our commerce/fulfilment partners (for example, an e-commerce platform and print/warehouse providers). Refunds and returns may be subject to product type, customisation, and partner policies.

• Customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or misprinted.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Where legally required, we will provide refunds for faulty goods in line with applicable consumer law.

5. Pricing and plan changes

If you are on a paid plan, fees are as described at the point of purchase or in your written agreement with us. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• No impersonation of others or misleading representations.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service and its underlying technology. You retain rights to your team branding and content, but grant us a licence to use it to provide and promote your storefront.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judo Gear will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you paid nothing).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
